Master Classes

There is a total of 5 Master Classes taught by Devansh Bhartia. All sessions contain exclusive content from Venture For All®. Each team member is required to attend at least 3 sessions and must attend all 5 for a certificate.

Business Model Canvas is 9 basic build blocks that allows you to plan the ground work for your business. Personally, it is my favorite thing to do because it helps you conceptualize your ideas and begin analyzing the viability of what you are working on.

Know your customer, then know your market. This module involves sizing your market and identifying the total available, serviceable market and obtainable market & learning about your competition.

Minimal Viable Product

Let's build the product and service. Many entrepreneurs now build a minimal viable product to demonstrate their features and services before actually building a physical prototype. This module delves into how to build a MVP and benefits of making one.

Financial Forecast and Analysis

It all comes down to the money! Personally, I feel this is the most important module; discussing financial forecasts, planning and analysis. You would me making startup cost, revenue, COGs, R&D, marketing and variable cost projections.
